The Center for English Language Education (CELESE) would like to welcome all new and returning students as well as full-time and part-time instructors to the Faculty of Science and Engineering for AY2015. We look forward to working together with all of you this year to meet the English language development needs of the students and also to promote our program within Japan as well as abroad.
